Food Production Packager

SmartTalent is hiring entry level Packagers for a food production company based in Woodinville, WA. This position is entry level and does not require any previous experience.


LOCATION: Woodinville, WA


PAY: $20 - $21

SCHEDULE:

Day shift: Monday - Friday, 4:30am - 3pm


Swing shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm


Schedule may vary and could include working 10 hours shifts 5 days a week. Must be flexible to work OT as needed

Responsibilities:

• Label and package products according to company specifications and customer requirements.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Organize products and materials to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Prepare shipping containers and ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods (2-3 hours at a time).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with regular lifting of up to 35 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
