Is This You?

You have 12 years of experience in a veterinary client-facing role.

You're the kind of person who can make anyone feel welcomefrom nervous pet parents to excited new puppy owners.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle phones, appointments, and in-person clients with ease.

You're highly organized and detail-orientednothing slips through the cracks on your watch.

You communicate clearly, kindly, and professionallywhether it's over the phone, email, or in person.

You're comfortable discussing services, estimates, and payments with confidence and empathy.

You're a team player who supports both clients and the medical team to keep the day running smoothly.

You genuinely love animals (even the spicy ones).

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with veterinary software (Evet, Avimark, ezyVet, etc.)

Are Fear-Free Certified or interested in becoming certified

Bring a sense of humor and love being part of a fun, collaborative team

Schedule:

• Full-time, Day shift
• 10-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• No holiday shifts required

Compensation: The pay for this position starts at $22 per hour, based on experience, skills. Perks+Benefits:
