Why You’ll Love This Role Work on high-end residential projects in beautiful mountain settings Shape entire interiors while collaborating closely with architects and builders Mentor and lead a team of talented designers Enjoy the lifestyle of Park City while building your portfolio with standout luxury homes What You’ll Do Lead the full interiors scope on multiple luxury residential projects, from concept and design development through furniture installation and project closeout Develop inspiring design concepts, refined finish palettes, and curated furniture selections that perfectly reflect client vision and architectural intent Create and review detailed interior drawings, elevations, and specifications in close coordination with Architecture and Construction teams Be the primary client-facing designer, delivering confident, creative, and professional presentations and communications Mentor and guide Interior Designers and Lead Interior Designers on the team Build and maintain strong relationships with top vendors, reps, and artisans to source exceptional furnishings, finishes, and custom pieces Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables with precision Oversee furniture installations and participate in construction walk-throughs What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field 6+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (required) Experience with Studio Designer (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion (a plus) Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills Exceptional communication and client presentation abilities A true passion for luxury design, materials, furniture, and creating spaces that feel both beautiful and deeply personal What We Offer Competitive salary: $95,000 – $120,000 per year Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) Unlimited Paid Time Off WFH Fridays The opportunity to work in Park City, Utah; a world-class mountain lifestyle A collaborative, creative studio environment where your ideas and leadership truly matter If you’re a talented, detail-oriented design leader who wants to create extraordinary homes while working with an outstanding team in an incredible location, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
