Role Overview As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the vital first point of contact, engaging directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods. Your mission is to identify homeowners who could benefit from our top-tier roofing services, spark conversations, and schedule valuable appointments for our sales closers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Your daily activities will revolve around proactive, in-person field sales. You will: Engage homeowners in residential areas to introduce Robinson Roofing KC and our services. Clearly communicate the value proposition and identify potential customer needs. Skillfully qualify leads by asking pertinent questions and assessing interest levels. Schedule confirmed appointments for our experienced sales closers. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set. Work independently and manage your daily outreach activities to maximize opportunities. Compensation This role offers a Base + Commission structure. You can expect to earn between $600 and $2000 weekly, with your earning potential directly tied to your performance and the appointments you successfully schedule. Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A valid driver's license. Reliable transportation to navigate your assigned territories. To be 18 years of age or older. Authorization to work in the United States. Your own mobile device for communication and record-keeping. Comfortable working outside & on your feet for extended periods of time Exceptional face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to quickly build rapport and connect with a diverse range of people. Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
