Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Dispatch and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that serves as the critical communication hub between our truck drivers, customers, and operations. If you thrive in a busy environment, excel at multitasking, and have strong problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between truck drivers and customers
Coordinate daily dispatch schedules, routes, and deliveries
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professional phone etiquette
Monitor and update orders in real-time using our dispatch software (Omni)
Resolve logistical issues, delivery problems, and customer concerns promptly and professionally
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strong relationships with both drivers and clients
Multitask effectively between phone calls, computer systems, emails, and internal communications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, customer service preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software (Omni experience is a big plus)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proven multi-tasking abilities with strong attention to detail
Outstanding verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
Professional phone demeanor
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
