Patient Care Technician II - Emergency Department - Full Time - NightsUnder the direction of a charge nurse, the Patient Care Technician II assists the nursing staff in provision of basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients.Core Job Responsibilities:Responds to any patient call lightsGives status report of patient to appropriate personnelPerforms documentation duties on unit, which is timely, comprehensive, and concise, in order to provide accurate informationAssists with personal hygieneAssists with activities of daily living and mobilityAssists in maintenance of a safe and clean environmentPerform other duties as requiredEducation/Experience Requirements:REQUIRED: High School graduate or equivalent1 year experience in related fieldCompletion of a Phlebotomy CourseLicensure/Certification Requirements:Disclaimer: Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their age, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, age, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, et al), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status, or disability.
