You are patient and proactive in building trust with private executives who may be "creatures of habit," and you can adjust your communication style for different stakeholders Versatile & Adaptable: You are a "solutions architect" for the executive team, happy to lean in wherever the team needs support, whether the task is administrative or strategic Discretion & Integrity: You maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with stakeholders inside and outside of Candid Health Accountability Partner: You are comfortable serving as a true partner to executives, tactfully reminding them of various responsibilities and keeping the team aligned Clear Communicator: You’re a clear and concise communicator; evidence of strong writing ability will be valued especially highly What the job involves We are looking for an experienced, outcome-oriented Executive Business Partner to join the team In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for partnering with our executive leadership team to deliver critical support in a fast-paced environment You are a multifaceted operator—someone who can pivot from complex travel logistics to high-level project management without missing a beat You aren't just managing a calendar; you are the gatekeeper of our most valuable resource: time You ensure our leadership is focused on the highest-leverage work, while serving as a culture-builder for the broader organization Strategic Calendar Management: Build and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities to effectively optimize time and prioritize commitments. You will resolve scheduling conflicts and de-block the team to ensure they are focused on mission-critical work Daily Executive Operations: Provide white-glove support to maximize the executive team's time and focus. You will oversee all daily operational logistics, including meal coordination and workspace preparedness, proactively handling the "small things" so the leadership team can focus on the big picture Meeting & Board Coordination: Support the execution of internal and external meetings. Specifically, you will manage the end-to-face setup, guest greeting, and cleanup for Board Meetings. You will often have a "seat at the table," helping track follow-ups and action items Project & Task Management: Effectively develop a task management system that demonstrates visibility and maintains transparency on competing tasks and deadlines to improve efficiency across the leadership team Travel and Logistics: Plan and organize complex travel itineraries (booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.) with a focus on efficiency and comfort Culture & Events: Contribute to company culture by leading the logistics for team offsites, holiday parties, and other event logistics that make Candid Health a great place to work #J-18808-Ljbffr Candid Health
