Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures. Assist in all aspects of the operative process. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality care. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes as needed. Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgical procedure. Document all nursing care and interventions accurately. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Participate in patient education and pre/post-operative care.
