Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site‑specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor lobby access, verify identification and credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain front desk logs in support of security‑related procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Answer questions, direct employees and visitors, manage incoming calls and deliveries, and report unusual activity or policy concerns according to location guidelines. Support a professional front desk presence within a fast‑paced corporate location while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent procedure follow‑through. Minimum Requirements: Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
