Industrial Maintenance Technician (3rd shift)Devens, MANew England Sheets (manufactures corrugated sheets, which are the fluted cardboard materials used to make boxes and packaging)The hours are Sunday-Thursday 11PM-7AM. Training would be done on first shift or a split first/second shift.We are seeking a 3rd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant production equipment both mechanical and electrical to ensure maximum uptime and safety.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery and systems.Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems in an industrial environment.Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.Assist with fabrication, plumbing, welding, and other general maintenance duties as needed.Adhere to OSHA, fire and electrical safety codes, and company-specific safety procedures.Collaborate with teammates, management, and vendors to support smooth plant operations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and safety training.Complete required monthly online safety training.Benefits:Competitive compensationMonthly Teamshare bonus program (pays up to additional 15% of employees' income when specific production targets met)Full medical and dental benefitsLife insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage401k program including company matchingTuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunitiesOptional Term Life and AD&D InsuranceRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:1. Do you have 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent technical school training combined with work experience2. Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, including AC/DC motor control, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems3. Ability to read schematics and perform precise troubleshooting4. Familiarity with networked systems and industrial computer hardware/software5. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
