What You’ll Do

As a key member of the care team, you will:

✅ Welcome and escort patients to exam rooms, offices, and treatment areas

✅ Capture vital patient data before each visit (vitals, height/weight, allergies, medications)

✅ Ensure physicians have all necessary records ready for appointments and procedures

✅ Prepare, clean, and stock exam and treatment rooms to maintain a smooth workflow

✅ Assist physicians during exams and procedures (standing, documenting, supporting care)

✅ Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection standards

✅ Answer patient calls and direct them to appropriate care providers

✅ Call in prescriptions and follow up with patients as directed

✅ Communicate appointment changes, reschedules, and no-shows to providers

✅ Support front office and administrative tasks (chart prep, filing, faxing, reception, etc.)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
