Schedule: Days

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Compliance / Notes:

Orientation may be required.

Background checks and drug screens may be conducted.
