Overview Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) Supervisor Spokane, WA | Full-Time | $36.36/hour Our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program is expanding, and we are adding an additional SUDP Supervisor to support growth. This is a people leader role focused on building high-performing teams through coaching, development, and mentorship of SUDP and SUDP-T staff. This position partners closely with the current SUDP Supervisor to expand services and strengthen an integrated behavioral health care model, supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders across diverse programs and settings. What a Typical Day Looks Like No two days are the same. This role supports services across youth, young adult, adult, veteran, and medical respite programs, with work taking place in shelters, supported housing, and clinical care environments, including medical respite settings. Start your day coaching a SUDP-T through a complex case, then pivot to supporting staff navigating a participant in crisis Spend time in program sites, working alongside teams and providing real-time clinical guidance Partner with the current SUDP Supervisor to strengthen service delivery and support program growth Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for individuals with co-occurring needs Adapt quickly in low-barrier environments that are fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes unpredictable Our programs are designed to meet people where they are. Duties And Responsibilities Supervise and support SUDP, SUDPT, and behavioral health staff through coaching, mentorship, and performance management Partner with the current SUDP Supervisor to expand programs and services Support implementation and growth of an integrated behavioral health care model Ensure quality clinical care, including assessments, treatment planning, and documentation Provide consultation on complex cases, including risk assessment and care planning Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and harm reduction practices Ensure compliance with Washington State regulations, Medicaid standards, and agency policies Collaborate across programs to support coordinated, whole-person care Maintain a small caseload as needed to stay connected to service delivery Contribute to program development, continuous improvement, and innovation Requirements Required Active Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) certification in Washington State Experience providing clinical supervision or readiness to step into a supervisory role Strong knowledge of SUD treatment, co-occurring disorders, and integrated care Experience working in behavioral health settings serving individuals with complex needs Knowledge of ASAM criteria, Medicaid documentation, and regulatory requirements Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop staff Preferred Prior supervisory or program leadership experience Experience working in shelters, housing programs, or medical respite environments Familiarity with harm reduction and low-barrier service models Compensation And Benefits 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (approx. $12,000–$15,000 annual value) Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability (approx. $1,500–$2,500 annual value) Generous PTO, including sick leave and vacation 8 paid holidays plus up to 5 floating holidays 403(b) retirement plan PSLF-eligible employer Ongoing training and professional development Free electric vehicle charging at our main location #J-18808-Ljbffr
