Food Production Associate - Central Kitchen
Bridgeton, MO | Full-Time, Part Time & Seasonal Positions Available Help prepare the gourmet foods Dierbergs customers love, made fresh in our 50,000 sq. ft. Central Kitchen and delivered to stores across the region. Pay & Total Compensation Weekly paychecks - yes, we are going to pay you every single week! Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision & more! (for those that qualify) Training and growth potential to help you reach your career goals Wellness initiatives and Associate appreciation to keep you engaged and involved Scheduling No overnight shifts Limited weekend shifts Off most holidays Overtime available What You'll Do Prepare, cook, package, or ship high-quality food products following recipes and food safety standards Operate equipment like mixers, slicers, ovens, and labelers (we'll train you) Work in varying temperature zones (38°F to 90°F+) What You Need High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 260 lbs Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn Restaurant, production, or general labor experience helpful but not required Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Room to Grow Cross-train across Recipe Prep, Cooking, Packaging, Sanitation, and Shipping/Receiving Build skills over time and grow with the company!
