You’ll provide direct supervision to care staff while ensuring residents receive care that meets the highest organizational and regulatory standards. Supervise, coach, and support resident care staff Partner with the Resident Care Manager on assessments and care plans Monitor resident health, medications, documentation, and ADL support Coordinate with families, providers, and community partners Assist with staffing, training, and incident follow-up Ensure compliance with state regulations, HIPAA, and quality standards Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Oregon or previous caregiving experience (2+ years preferred) Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate 2+ years supervisory experience or other comparable caregiving leadership role Knowledge of care/service plans, medication systems, infection control, nurse delegation, and residents’ rights Ability to pass DHS background check, drug screen, and reference checks Valid driver’s license (if required for role) Authorization to work in the U.S. You’ll Thrive If You: Lead with empathy and integrity Communicate confidently (verbal & written) Can balance people-centered care with data-informed decision-making Stay calm under pressure and pivot priorities quickly Value fairness, accountability, and team growth Believe leadership is about serving others Ready to Apply?
