Production Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. In this leadership role, you will organize and monitor workflow, manage production staff, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr $75K – $90K annual salary, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package, medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and more. Key Responsibilities Supervise production staff and monitor workflow to meet schedules and targets. Maintain safe and clean operations in compliance with company policies and procedures. Track, analyze, and report production performance metrics. Ensure equipment reliability by coordinating repairs and evaluating new equipment/techniques. Collaborate across departments to foster cooperation and efficiency. Resolve personnel issues while maintaining compliance with union agreements. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive high performance. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience with production processes, safety standards, and reporting procedures. Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement.
