On-Site Community Manager - Housing & Operations

Open Management in Heath, Ohio is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations at our manufactured housing community. You will supervise leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and compliance with park rules.

The role rewards proactive leadership, strong communication, and partnership with residents, vendors, and on-site teams. Prior property management experience is preferred; training available.
