Job Requirements
- Experience: 2 years in internal or family medicine
- CA LVN
- Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood withdrawal
- First Time Travelers: No, travel experience required
- Special Requirements: Phlebotomy and IV start skills, recent EPIC experience
- Flu Vaccination: No exemptions/no declinations
- Schedule: 8 hours between 0800-2000
- Weekend Requirement: Yes, weekend hours 0800-1700
- Floating Requirement: Yes
- On-Call Requirement: No
- Pending License: No; must be active at the time of submission
- No scheduling requests can be accommodated
