FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST West Central Community Action is now seeking a Family Development Specialist for our FaDSS Program. Family Development Specialists work to provide a comprehensive system of support that empowers and nurtures families towards self-sufficiency while maintaining and building strong relationships.  This Full-Time, 40 hours per week & year-round position that will be based in Council Bluffs, Iowa, This position will be required to work with clients within our 10 county coverage area. Position RequirementsSpecialists are required to conduct meetings with program participants within the participant's home.
