Are you ready to come run with us?Here's what's brewing:Brings your smile to work and goes the extra mile to keep guests happy and coming backWorks well with others in a fast-paced environmentTakes pride in your workThen we've got the job for you!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assists management with the training and supervision of employeesAssists management with completing weekly reports, safety assessments, maintaining all records, etc.Assumes the role of a manager when covering the manager's day offAssists management in assuring all customers are served in a courteous, accurate and efficient mannerPrepares food and beverages (hot and cold) in accordance with Dunkin Donuts specificationsHandles any additional projects or duties as assigned by managementQualifications:6+ months working in quick service retail, preferably in a supervisory roleMust have good communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak English fluentlyMust be certified or willing to become certified in all Dunkin Brands courses, ServSafe, and other courses as required by local health departments, the corporate parent or the franchiseeMust possess outstanding interpersonal skills and have the ability to forge strong, mutually respectful relationships with other employees, management and customersMust be able to meet requirements of the board of health concerning freedom from communicable diseasesAbility to work with people of diverse backgrounds; must be able to work well under stressJob requirements:This job often requires long hours and work on weekends and holidays. Shift leaders may be called into work at any time.
