We are looking to add a compassionate, detail‑oriented veterinary professional to our close‑knit team who play an integral part in our practice and care about our vision and values. You are their first point of contact, providing calm, compassionate, and professional support during emotionally challenging moments. Clients should hear and see how much we truly care about them and their loved ones with every interaction! This role is the key to keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently by managing phones, a meticulous multi‑doctor schedule, checking clients in and out, while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members alike. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and client‑relation skills that will support our values while building long‑term bonding relationships with our clients to further foster the human‑animal bond.
