Core Responsibilities:
Utility Operator Duties:
- Efficiently package PVC Compound in various formats.
- Label and assemble boxes as per schedule requirements.
- Manage multiple packaging tasks and responsibilities.
- Ensure precise label application on production packages.
- Oversee finished product quality.
- Operate fork truck and electric hand truck proficiently.
- Choose the right tools for each task.
- Utilize scales accurately for product weighing.
Unit Operator Tasks:
Manage either a Banbury batch mixer or continuous mixer effectively.
Oversee the Pelletizing system.
Record production data meticulously.
Manage all Utility Operator tasks.
Responsibilities for Blender Loader:
- Responsibly load and clean ribbon blenders.
- Accurately weigh compound ingredients.
- Collect and deliver samples to the lab.
Console Operator includes:
- Tasks listed under Blender Loader.
- Interpret and administer scheduled tasks.
- Infuse bulk oil and resin into blenders.
Compounder Requirements:
- Functional responsibilities of a Blender Loader.
- Ensure exactness in ingredient weighing and labeling.
