You’ll Build Real Skills Here Effective lead generation Building authentic client relationships Consistent follow‑up and pipeline management Time management, accountability, and self‑discipline Responsibilities Complete PLACE Launch and the full training program Run weekly lead generation activities: calls, texts, database engagement Practice and sharpen scripts through weekly training and role play Respond to and engage online inquiries, including Zillow Preferred opportunities, and convert conversations into appointments Consult with buyers and begin converting them to signed agreements Shadow experienced agents to learn seller consultations and listing wins Track all activity and client interactions in PLACE Technology Host a minimum of four open houses per month Turn prospecting efforts into booked appointments Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call Show up for team meetings and hold yourself to team accountability standards Keep developing your pricing, negotiation, and client communication skills Qualifications You don't need years of experience. You need the mindset to build something from the ground up.
