Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PACU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Others, or Leaders.
• Obtain and record initial assessment, setting priorities based on patient age and needs.
• Re-assess patients to identify progress requiring intervention.
• Develop and implement a measurable, individualized plan of care within set standards.
• Engage in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning.
• Execute and document timely interventions tailored to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• Current knowledge and skills suited to patient population served.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely relative to the patient's developmental age.
• Newly hired nurses with up to two years of experience will start at CN I status.
