Ensures nursing care is provided safely, competently, and in accordance with established standards. Provides individualized nursing care and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided to groups of patients.Essential FunctionsMaintains accurate and detailed patient reports and records. Administers medications to patients and monitors for adverse reactions or side effects. Records patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitors, documents, and reports symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consults and collaborates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Modifies patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses, conditions, and clinical needs.QualificationsEducation Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
