In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and analytics to build AI infra and application products/systems to support both.You will play a key role in driving user engagement, retention, and conversion through effective use of push notifications—balancing personalization, timing, frequency, and business impact.What You'll Be DoingDrive product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms or application products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needsPartner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI features and capabilitiesLead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirementsDevelop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience across various Alexa-enabled devices and surfacesBuild strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teamsDrive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirementsIdentify and assess new opportunities for applying emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa's capabilitiesWhat We Look For In YouBachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product managementStrong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scaleExcellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision makingExperience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationshipsNice to HavesMaster's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalentExperience with conversational AI or voice-based productsStrong technical understanding of ML/AI concepts, particularly in NLP and LLMsTrack record of innovation and zero-to-one product developmentExperience with Deep Learning model training or inferencePerks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsWellness and meal allowancesComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependantsMore that we love to tell you along the process!OKX Statement:The salary range for this position is $250,444.00 to $375,666.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
