CNA Position

Our client, a healthcare company, is looking for a CNA for their Lake Isabella, CA location.

Responsibilities:

• Helps patients or clients with healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent with current California CNA certificate required.
• BLS AHA certification is required.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care under the direction of RN or LVN.
• Assists residents with daily living and activities.
• Provides personal care, comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for facility residents.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with residents, staff, and the general public.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum years of experience: 3
• General certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ATT
