About Soccer Shots — Lehigh Valley & Upper Bucks Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2 through 8. Our nationally recognized program offers a high‑energy, fun, age‑appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. Availability The ideal availability would be at least three mornings per week (not including Sundays), and/or three evenings per week (not including Sundays). Our current available classes run Monday through Saturday mornings, Monday through Friday evenings. Our seasons generally run the following timelines, but are subject to slight changes: Winter – January through early March Spring – mid‑March through end of May Summer – mid‑June through mid‑August Fall – September through mid‑November The Job Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes) Follow a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment Engage each child individually during class while ensuring the safety of all Manage equipment and class roster Attend team meetings and trainings Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful What We Offer Competitive starting rate with advancement opportunities Soccer equipment, gear, and curriculum material Supportive environment Leadership training Growth opportunities within the company Requirements Safety‑conscious, with safety as the #1 priority for all children under care Caring, engaging with each child through specific and positive affirmation Organized, planning ahead and following a systematic routine during sessions Responsible, committed to fulfilling expectations as the coach and “face” of Soccer Shots Energetic, creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that encourages participation Prior soccer experience is not required; passion for positively impacting children’s lives in a safe, fun environment is essential Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle Availability to return for multiple back‑to‑back seasons Must be at least 18 years of age Compensation $20.00 ‑ $25.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Soccer Shots Franchising
