ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  include (but are not limited to):

• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for project scopes
• Perform conceptual, design, and construction document estimates (with support as needed)
• Assist in developing and improving estimating processes
• Understand and apply construction methods across Divisions 01–33
• Adapt to project needs as scopes evolve
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

 QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5+ years of commercial or general construction estimating experience
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet bid deadlines
• Comfortable working in a team-focused, results-driven environment
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Experience with Sage Estimating or similar software is a plus
• Field experience is a plus
