Under the mentorship of full-time faculty, adjunct faculty provide classroom experiences grounded in “best practices” for higher education and their respective disciplines. Position Type: Part-time, 1-2 courses per semester, maximum 3 days per week. Day and evening classes, online and traditional formats available. Department: School of Arts & Sciences, English Division Required Education: Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies or a related field of expertise required, Doctoral degree preferred Qualifications: 1+ years’ teaching experience at the baccalaureate level Proven experience of online teaching Demonstrated familiarity with online teaching platforms. Ability to engage effectively with a diverse student population.
