Warehouse Distribution Manager Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 base salary + $10,000 annual performance bonus Start Date: ASAP (Target February 1, 2026) Facility Size: 100,000 to 200,000 sq. ft. Team Size: Approximately 20 staff - including supervisors Position Overview: The Warehouse Distribution Manager will oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. This role is accountable for achieving operational KPIs, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining strong service levels with internal and external partners. The successful candidate will lead staffing, scheduling, performance management, and continuous improvement across the facility. Key Responsibilities: Manage team performance through coaching, training, and accountability while driving efficiency and cost control through strong labor planning and P&L oversight. Monitor order flow, resolve escalated customer issues, and oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts. Support onboarding of new business and vendors. Collaborate with sales, customer service, IT, and finance to ensure long‑term operational success. Required Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience. At least 2 years in a leadership role. Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field (asset). Strong knowledge of WMS systems, inventory management, safety regulations, and KPI‑driven operations. Highly organized, analytical, and confident leading large teams in fast‑paced environments.
