What You’ll DoAs a Line Cook at Linwood Country Club, your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy meal periods. - Monitoring food quality and freshness to uphold our exceptional dining experience. - Assisting with inventory management and ensuring proper food storage.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a dedicated professional who brings the following to the table: - 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen. - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. - A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills. - A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding dishes.
