Senior Pricing Analyst

The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and analyzing pricing strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Operations to evaluate pricing trends, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities that inform strategic pricing decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with commercial acumen and experience leveraging data, financial analysis, and business intelligence tools to deliver actionable pricing insights, improve decision-making, and drive measurable business results. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid work environment Responsibilities Develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness across the organization's products and sales channels. Analyze pricing performance, customer purchasing behavior, product mix, discounting, promotions, and margin trends to identify opportunities for optimization. Conduct competitive pricing and market analysis, monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic pricing decisions. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to evaluate pricing initiatives, customer agreements, product launches, and commercial opportunities. Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to assess pricing strategies, price elasticity, customer segmentation, and revenue optimization. Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and pricing analytics that provide actionable insights and improve business decision-making. Leverage business intelligence tools, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance reporting capabilities and improve pricing processes. Present recommendations and analytical findings to leadership, translating complex data into clear business insights. Identify opportunities to improve pricing methodologies, reporting, and analytics through technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in Pricing Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Management, FP&A, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role. Proven experience developing pricing strategies and conducting financial and commercial analyses that improve revenue, profitability, and market performance. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience analyzing large data sets, customer behavior, pricing trends, and business performance. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms. Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and cloud-based data environments is preferred. Familiarity with pricing optimization tools, competitive intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled analytics solutions is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
