Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting prescreening interviews, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate resumes for qualifications and role alignment
- Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidate fit and interest
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- SHRM certification preferred
- 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key candidate strengths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruiting required
- Working knowledge of ADP preferred
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
- Must be able to drive company vehicle
Shift:
- Monday -Wed 3pm-9pm
- Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 27,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.
