Job ID: 93916057696Posted: 2026-07-15Location: New York, New York, United StatesSalary: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00Category: Professional, Banking & International, Investment BankingCompany: CitiThe Banker is a senior level position responsible for assisting clients in structuring and executing Asset-Backed Securitizations (ABS) and lending facilities across a wide range of consumer and commercial asset classes, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team.Responsibilities:Assume significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of project and transaction execution, new business development and overall growth of the firmWork closely with clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process, including leading due diligence and drafting sessionsWork with clients, senior-level team members and outside professional advisors on special situation transactionsResponsible for drafting situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, investor and management presentations and oversee work being performed by analysts & associates assigned to projectsQualifications:6-10 years of experienceExperience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within ABSComprehensive knowledge of the ABS banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations and lending and credit approval processesConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsExperience with corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities productsSeries 7 and 63 preferredEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
