We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team of experts. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality cosmetic and restorative care. You will support our clinicians in a fast-paced, high-end setting while ensuring our patients receive the boutique-level service they expect. Dental assistant

Clinical Assistance: Provide expert chairside assistance during various cosmetic and general dental procedures.
Operatory Preparation: Set up and break down treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments are sterilized and aseptic protocols are strictly followed.
Patient Care: Greet patients, ensure their comfort during visits, and provide clear post-operative instructions.
Imaging & Documentation: Capture high-quality dental radiographs and maintain accurate electronic records using Dentrix Ascend.
Laboratory & Supply Support: Assist with dental impressions, lab cases, and maintaining clinical inventory.
Preventative Care: Apply sealants and fluoride as directed by the clinician to support patient oral health.

full-time $18 - $24 per hour

This position operates on a 4-day workweek schedule with rotating shifts:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Certification: Valid CPR Certification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and terminology.
Software: Ability to learn and navigate dental practice management software.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, polished demeanor.
Compliance: Strong understanding of infection control and OSHA safety standards.

Experience: One year of previous experience in a dental office setting.
Certifications: Current Sealant Certification.
Software Expertise: Direct experience using Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend software.
Specialty Interest: A background or strong interest in high-end cosmetic dentistry.
