Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Progressive Care Unit. Responsibilities include managing patients with varied medical conditions. The nurse will administer medications and blood products as needed. Experience in cardiac telemetry and central line care is essential. Candidates must have strong skills in dysrhythmia management. Telemonitoring and non-invasive airway management are required. The nurse will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Floating between facilities may be required. Commitment to working holidays is necessary. References from prior experience must be provided. This role demands flexibility and strong communication skills. All candidates must have current work references. Recent clinical experience within the last 6 months is a hard requirement. Adherence to safety protocols and isolation precautions is expected. The position emphasizes quality patient care and team collaboration.
