Nurse Manager I - CVORFull Time Day Shift - TriHealth Bethesda North HospitalLocation: 10500 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242Work Schedule: Full Time Days, M-F Hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm but will need to remain flexible to fit needs of the department. No weekends/holidays but will have 24 hour call responsibilities.Job Overview: An energetic and results-driven leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Cardiovascular Surgical Services. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement. Support staff development through coaching, performance management, education, and career growth opportunities. Manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with TJC, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
