• Prepare punch lists for active jobs
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular punch item lists
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Assist in procurement activities and manage project documentation
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support problem-solving efforts to address project challenges promptly
