Dishwasher PositionWe are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The dishwasher's duties include removing soiled plates and flatware from tables, washing them thoroughly. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and do other duties, as needed.Key Responsibilities:Ability to safely operate a commercial dish machineAbility to manage the safe use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizingAbility to re-stock and move effortlessly between active cook linesCleaning and organizing duties are completed accurately and on timeMinimum food prep requirementsEnsure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safetyFollow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectationsPersonal Requirements:Must have a strong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work positively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively within a teamAbility to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as neededContinuous use of hands and armsContinuous bending, reaching, and twistingMaintains strong personal image and uniform standards
