Caregiver ( Entry-Level & Experienced)
Flexible Scheduling | Paid Training | $23-$27/hour

The Caregiver position is on-site only, in client homes around West & South San Francisco, Daly City, the Peninsula, and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Do
As a caregiver, you’ll provide non-medical, in-home support that helps seniors remain safe, independent, and maintain their quality of life.

Responsibilities include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility support (when needed)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care

Requirements
- Willingness to undergo training and complete necessary certifications such as the California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration
- Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration (required for experienced Caregivers)
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Valid TB Test (negative result required)
- Valid US Driver’s License / Reliable Transportation / Current Automotive Insurance
- Smartphone access for documentation and communication
- Ability to communicate in English
