Sales Coordinator

Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Industrial team. You will provide high‑level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers and engage in administrative, financial, marketing, and operational functions. Business Operations Market Research: Gather market research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets. Deal Documentation: Prepare deal documents including requests for proposals (RFPs), letters of intent (LOIs), renewal letters, leasing status reports, and customer & prospect correspondence. CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the company Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal information. Marketing: Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar and LoopNet; prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions; create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables. Planning & Events: Assist and participate in planning industry functions, client events, and open houses. Finance: Track and process broker expense reports according to JLL travel & expense policy. Administrative: General duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room set‑up, office maintenance, broker IT support, and making travel arrangements. Qualifications 1+ year relevant experience supporting multiple people, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software and JLL’s in‑house platforms. Experience with Adobe InDesign. Project‑management capabilities, including multi‑tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Resourceful, proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude and a drive for personal growth and development. Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism when given access to confidential information. Strong proofreading and editing abilities. Employment Details Compensation: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 USD per year (estimated). Location: On‑site – East Rutherford, NJ. Visa Sponsorship: This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
