HR Generalist: Data-Driven People Ops & Engagement

A growing organization in Virginia Beach is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support core people operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance management, and maintaining HR policies. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, strong HRIS competency (preferably Workday), and the ability to work with HR data.
