As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Model Cocktail/Bottle Server to join our team.

As a Model Cocktail/Bottle Server at Bottled Blonde Las Vegas, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).

Responsibilities

• Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships.
• Book VIP reservations.
• Execute VIP presentations.
• Provide ongoing table maintenance.
• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Deliver an outstanding hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Use suggestive selling techniques; make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests' orders, and up-sell when applicable.
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards. Maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene.
• Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications. Previous VIP guest service experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge and ability to perform bottle service.
• Requires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails.
• Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
