Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
Assist in conducting reference checks and preparing offer details
Support offer negotiations and help facilitate the closing process
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Keep accurate records of candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Bachelor"s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
1-2 years+ of experience in recruiting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
