What You'll Do Process purchase orders for inventory and non-inventory products and services Request and negotiate vendor quotes Evaluate pricing and purchasing needs Develop and maintain vendor relationships Maintain accurate purchasing records and data Process price changes and assign product/part codes Coordinate freight carriers and delivery schedules Process and resolve receiving discrepancies Manage credits and product returnsMonitor inventory levels Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure purchasing needs are met What We're Looking For Experience 5 years of administrative or office experience, or comparable experience Purchasing, inventory, or vendor experience preferred Skills Strong attention to detail Excellent organization and time management Strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Accurate data entry and recordkeeping Communication Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to build effective vendor and team relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr Lott Oil Company
