Position Summary As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead a team of dedicated employees, ensure smooth store operations, and provide outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Leading and motivating the team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Training and mentoring staff to ensure they meet performance expectations. Managing inventory, including receiving, pricing, and displaying merchandise. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. Supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 1 years of experience in a retail management role. Strong leadership and communication skills. A passion for fashion and a keen eye for current trends. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
