Construction Superintendent

Large GC specializing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project in Brooklyn, NY and the Metro NYC area. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Other related projects, as assigned Skills/Qualifications: Minimum of 5-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
