Contract Recruiter - Healthcare

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative. This is a fast-paced opportunity for a recruiter who can jump in quickly, manage multiple openings, and consistently deliver qualified candidates. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open healthcare positions. Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate activity and follow‑up within the ATS. Work efficiently to meet aggressive hiring goals and deadlines. Support additional recruiting initiatives as needed. What We're Looking For 2–3+ years of recruiting experience , preferably in a high-volume environment. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously. Healthcare or medical recruiting experience is a plus, but not required . Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and hit recruiting goals in a fast‑paced environment.
