Fast Food or Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager Wanted

Fast Casual and Fast Food Restaurant General Managers and Assistant General Managers needed for growing Restaurant Group in the Athens, Chandler, Tyler, Tx market. The right candidates need to possess a strong passion for customer service, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. In addition, likes to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 3-5 years minimum Restaurant General Manager
• 3 years minimum Restaurant Manager
• Adept knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
• Servant leader mentality
• Strong leadership qualities
• 2-3$ million in annual revenue
• Scratch kitchen experience a plus
